The Rael Family

I have a special place in my heart for these people.

I began photographing Lauren (gorgeous momma in the burgundy) when she was pregnant with her first babe… This was the 4th time I’ve been able to photographer her family of 4 - and for this session I flew out to Colorado to also capture her extended family!

I began with this sweet family - their little man did so well despite the 30 degree mountain temp! We stayed warm with family hugs, throwing rocks in the water, and playing together.

I was then able to capture these lovers.

Next I photographed Lauren’s family which really felt like such a full circle moment! Being able to capture both pregnancies, and now their current beautiful family was just so special.

I loved being able to capture these two, and finding out they were engaged!

We ended our family photoshoot with grandma/grandpa photos, cousins, siblings, and all the different pairings.

Despite the coooold air we all had such a fun time together capture these memories and it really reinforced my love for extended family photoshoots!
